Well located for the Theatre Royal, shopping and tourist sites, it is a hidden gem. Having the carpark close is great but Wilsons really need to improve their service. The room is compact but works well and you can get food delivered to your room from a local cafe for lunch and dinner via the hotel app. Bed is comfy and the bathroom is a good size. The room also has a well-priced mini bar and a microwave.

Beautiful refurbished rooms and well located close to the Law Courts. Staff were very attentive and friendly.
I’m resorting to filling in this section as the box relating to my experience with staff is character restricted.YES, the young man who was on the front counter (he was rostered on the day I left 15.06.24). I regret not getting his name as he deserves to be recognised for his exceptional customer service. He was professional and extremely helpful throughout my stay. I was there for a total of 6 nights and my colleagues were there for a total of 10 nights as we were travelling for work. This young man assisted with booking an additional room for my friend, provided assistance with dinning recommendations, late check-out and car parking. I travel often and I have not had this level of service from a hotel staff member for a long time. Please seek him out to recognise and reward him. He is an asset to your organisation.

Stayed there to attend our daughter's 30th birthday. Sebel was very close to the venue, and the staff were very helpful and accomodating. Rooms also very clean and comfortable.Would highly recommend to anyone.
