I don't normally leave reviews, but today I had the best experience at Verilife, I had forgotten my ID in the car and almost didn't come back in. Thankfully I did though, and Cody S took such great care of me. You could tell I was having anxiety and he talked to me like I'd known him forever and helped me get everything I needed. So thanks Verilife and thank you Cody for everything today. God bless

i have been there twice so far and i just want to say i’ve had the best service ever from Valerie!! she has been super understanding with all of my questions and was also very communicative the whole time helping me with everything i was looking for. not only her but everyone there had a very upbeat and positive attitude while they were working. definitely good vibes all around.my genuine take is that it was 10/10 service and would definitely recommend to anyone

The staff is always friendly and amazing. When you notice someone going above and beyond. It's great to bring recognition when I was the last there. I encountered an employee Cody. S he was really knowledgeable and sweet and. Seemed to know exactly what it was. I was looking for even though I didn't 5 out of 5 would definitely recommend, especially if you're dealing with this guy..

Michael R. Waited on me today and he was very efficient and had a great knowledge of the product. When I went I didn't know my Ohio card had expired, and the girls in the lobby came out to help me with it. They were so nice and wonderful. I have rheumatoid arthritis and they were very understanding.

I have always had a good experience at Verilife. The last time I was there it was very busy and there was a long line. I’m disabled and am unable to stand for very long. The chairs didn’t have arms on them to lift myself up so I couldn’t sit or I wouldn’t be able to lift myself up. There was a stool though. I sat on it and got some relief. Emily was working and so kind. She offered to bring the stool over so I could sit on it and place my order. I had ordered online so it was a quick transaction. Also, outside on the sidewalk there’s a curb you have to step up on. It’s hard to step up on with arthritic knees I’m not sure how you could remedy that problem. Overall I love this store and the employees are great. Emily, Jacob, Lawrence, and there are others of whom I didn’t get their names. All great. I’m happy with the care and service I received. I’ll continue to use this store. 😃

I visit Verilife Hillsboro often as it's close to my house. Everyone is real friendly and ready to help. William T. is very knowledgeable about their products and happy to answer any questions you may have. I like it that it's usually a smooth and quick transaction, not having to wait long. I would recommend Verilife.

I was kinda bummed this morning. I hadn't been to Verilife in awhile.I was looking forward to stopping in Verilife. They were always my go-to before a dispensary opening a little closer to my house. I've been a loyal customer for about two years.I had placed an online order, but no one seemed to upsell or engage once there. Other than with one another. I loved Verilife bc I felt like a priority, and they'd want to upsell or tell me of something new and to look forward to. I didn't receive that on my most recent visit.

My cashier Brandon was friendly, nice and asked if there was anything else he could get me upon finishing my transaction. And the guy that checked me in Benjamin Stroup is an awesome employee to have, he’s a former employee of mine. He has great customer service skills. And the smiles they both have while doing their job yet always being professional says a lot for them both. Well done fellas.

This place is great all the staff are awesome and always uplifting and very helpful. I have been coming here for 2 years and in the last year they have started having some really awesome deals. Valerie b always helps me make my choices and get the best out of the deals, she’s always super nice to everyone and always has positive attitude.

When ever I stop in the staff is always the most helpful. My favorite staff person is Cheryl. She is always knowledgeable and very helpful explaining all of their products and sales.

Cheryl is so very helpful and always has been. She's never steered me wrong. Tyanna is also very helpful. They never seem to run out of patience.

I will never again go to a different dispensary! This place cannot be beat! The products are chefs kiss, the wait time is minutes, and the staff is so personable they feel like lifetime friends! Travis is extremely knowledgeable and really helped explain certain things to me that just were not ‘clicking’ for me, without making me feel uncomfortable about not really knowing.Now, I Really have the right product to help with my conditions. Thank you so much! Highly HIGHLY recommend this specific dispensary!

Valerie B was wonderful she gets me in and out quickly. Wish they had better flower variety.also the employees need to have a little bit more knowledge on marijuana terpenes and the products they sell help the patient without getting mad cause I have seen a couple of employees basically tell the patient I'm not sure but Valerie was awesome today

Slow slow slow. Long wait lines even for online orders. Customer service is mediocre. Staff is a gamble if you'll get someone helpful or cold and deliberately unhelpful. Would like to be able to pick up online orders quickly.

I visited Verilife in Hillsboro for my very first time at a dispensary before. A lil nervous and not having much knowledge about what I was looking for, Cheryl was very helpful and knowledgeable in giving me info on all the products, and letting me know what strains helped with what. She really put me at ease and made me confident in what I was looking for. She was very friendly and respectful. I look forward to going back to Verilife and seeing Cheryl.

Great help great product. It was the first dispensary I went to after I got my card.Paperwork took about 3 minutes, then I was let back in the back and I felt comfortable and not rushed into purchasing anything. Very knowledgeable staff

I have been going to Verilife For about a year . The staff & tenders are very helpful as well as attentive to my personal needs. Sometimes I'm nervous going in. 😬 The staff makes it easy for me to communicate and express what I need despite my nervus disposition... Thank You 😊

I recently injured myself it was on crutches when I come in the staff was super helpful and held doors in and out of the facility along with their kind service and knowledge of their product I would rate my experience a 10 out of 10 great job guys keep it up

You can place online orders and the longest I've ever had to wait here is 12 minutes.I recommend this establishment for those 2 reasons alone.Only issue I've had is employees not scanning and dispensing product properly. Check your bag before you leave!!REVIEW UPDATE: dropping to 3 stars. Old people in Highland and surrounding counties now make the average wait time skyrocket. Please add an express line for people who know what product they want and operate efficiently.If you're old and reading this, just pick something off the menu it all works. All you have to decide is what medium you want.

I am a care giver for my wife who is prescribed Cannibus for some of her medical needs. As care givers you have certain responsibilities and one that’s overlooked is the fact that you pickup what is “intended” for the person you are assisting. Especially when it comes to medication. This dispensary in particular has made this mistake more times than I can count now! The mistake is always accredited to some sort of online issue but in reality… the website is advertising the medication that YOURE dispensing which in turn makes it your issue. Clearly posted on the website this specific strain is ADVERTISED at a certain potency… but when the patient observes the prescription label it’s off by 8%. Along with prices being inflated 10-20% depending on the product compared to other dispensaries within a 50 miles radius, and the word of mouth from randoms saying this is a “last resort” dispensary, I’d say that this was this particular patients last visit! It all went downhill after Verilife consumed Debbie’s Dispensary!

Great people but the wait time is too long. Not their fault... But I don't understand the point of making an online order when you still have to stand in line and wait the same amount of time you would if you didn't place an online order.

Had my card since day one, and this is the place to go i live closer to sunnyside, Cincinnati's verilife, about welness and have a heart and still drive 50 minutes+ everytime to this shop! Perfect product, Great prices and most importantly quick and unmatched customer service!! This shop is a must visit!!!

Incompetent staff, outrageous prices, misleading menu. All around terrible. Worth an hour drive anywhere else.

The employees are nice but the selection is hit or miss and the quality of some brands carried is borderline IMO. Make sure to call ahead literally every time. I've driven there multiple times only to find them closed because they didn't update Google Places. Call center is practically useless.

Definitely gotten better since my last review. The wait times can be a little much but would be much better if the state allowed more dispensaries.

Very dull menu Nothing really changes also the prices are high simply because there is no competition around the area. I hate buying Matter products you can't see the flower in the bags. More variety is definitely needed.

I usually have a great experience but today was the 2nd order that I've ordered online that was wrong. The items will appear on the website as a hybrid but when I leave it is sativa. I'm not a fan of sativa. I didn't notice until I got to the car and of course they will not replace it because they can't. She offered for me to come back and buy something else but that's my entire budget on bulk flower. So mannnn I'm so bummed! Won't be ordering online again!

Well it was the best place we have been when it was Debbie's dispensery but now it hasn't been the bet, I have got things that said it was indica when I ordered it and the when I got there it was a sativa or like now it had 20.3 g for 120.00 and up in cart got there and then they said it was a misprint but I got put it in my cart and they said when it would be ready at 7:30 but I get there and nope it a misprint.

Great store. With most of the pharm techs able to guide you in your medical marijuana solutions. The only reason I give them a 4 star rating and not a 5 star is the inconsistants with product. If I find something that works really well and go back to purchase the same it's a hit or miss if they will have it. For that reason I keep a list of the terpenes and qualities of the former.

This is my go-to dispensary for many reasons. If you make an online order, you’re in and out within 3-5 mins. There’s usually only a few patients in the building when I arrive. The NICEST people work here and will offer knowledge on what strains are best for your condition. Also enjoy the different daily 20% off deals they have. I’ve bought about 10 strains from this place so far, all fire. Strongly recommend!

Debbies is pricey!! The whole medical MJ industry is a rackett truthfully,,Debbies Charges us big dollars $40-$50 bucks for 2.83grams and Debbies very rarely offers bulk at all 'and when they do its $185.00 , per half OZ,, !! Come on Ohio Medical we really need a home grow program..Its not really legal until we do now is it?

Debbie's is a great company.The only complaint I have is when you call your order in, and you show up to pick up your prescription. The line is over a hour long. Here's a idea. Have a worker dedicated to the call in orders. This would help move the lines faster. Hell put in a drive through window. Just for call in orders. I mean McDonald's will cook your food and get it to you faster. Need to have a little more organizations.

I have been to several Dispensaries over the past 15 Months, and Debbies is by far my favorite. The products are great and the staff is awesome! They are knowledgeable, and helpful. I'm a Veteran, and they take care of me, plus they provide patients with your "fill-date" info where the other places I've been to, do not. I appreciate they're attention to detail and kindness also.
