  • PittPAY is the University of Pittsburgh’s on-line billing and payment system. There are no paper bills mailed; all billing is generated on demand through PittPAY. Students, and their authorized users, receive an email from PittPAY twice a month, on the 20th and the 5th, if there is a balance due on the student account. The student email is sent to their official Pitt email account. The authorized user email is sent to the account specified in PittPAY.
