We are excited to offer this wonderful property, Paddlers Paradise & Reel Em Inn, premier properties offered through Property Manager!

These beautifully appointed waterfront homes, feature 12 bedrooms, 8.5 baths & allows you to enjoy all the Shenandoah River has to offer, all while enjoying the stylish and newly renovated accommodations in the home.

Three night minimum for all weekends. Pool closes during winter season.

Cell service is spotty at the home. Starlink internet for sufficient streaming.

THERE IS TO BE ABSOLUTELY NO ATV’S OR DIRT BIKES AT THIS HOME! THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE DRIVEN ON THE ROADS.

We allow pets but there is a $35/night per pet fee which we will request separately.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • The following is a list of Rules that MUST be adhered to by everyone in your party. Please initial each section and sign and date the Agreement. By signing this Agreement you acknowledge your responsibility for ensuring that everyone staying in and visiting the home you have rented in Massanutten Village will abide by the following rules. As such, they have a right to evict any rental party that breaks any of the rules with no refund of security deposit or rental fee being given to the Guest(s).
  • The primary Tenant must be at least 25 years of age, Walking on street with alcoholic beverages is prohibited, Lighting fireworks is prohibited, Open fires are prohibited. Parking at this residence is limited to 5 cars. No smoking in the home of any kind. Pets are permitted with additional nonrefundable deposit required. Parking on the roadside is prohibited. All cars must be parked in area directly in front of the house. All four tires must be off the road in front of the home. Loud and boisterous activity will not be tolerated. Please keep in mind that year round residents live in the immediate vicinity of your rental home. Please be considerate of your neighbors. Outdoor quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am on weekdays and 10 pm to 8am on weekends. Loud, disorderly conduct, particularly in public areas (front porch, driveway, and back porch) is not permitted. Any calls from neighbors and police department will be taken seriously. We will be visiting the property regularly and reserve every right to ask your group to leave, if we feel your behavior is considered unacceptable and disrespectful to the neighbors and/or to our property. No person shall permit any animal to run at large on common areas or property owned by other members. An animal is running at large if it is not within its caretaker’s immediate supervision and control. No person shall hunt or trap wild animals or fowl. Trash can be placed in any of the public trash dumpsters on the resort. If the cleaning company has to dispose of personal trash, their $150 fine will be passed along to the renters. Trespassing on any private property, whether it is adjoining your rental property or not, is prohibited. Littering is prohibited. Feeding or harassment of wildlife is not permitted. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit, and or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in or will be asked to leave the premise immediately. No refunds will be given due to weather. No children under the age of 12 are permitted in the hot tub at any time. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. DO NOT STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVER, they will break and you will be charged for replacement. Remember when not using the hot tub, leave cover on so hot tub will stay warm. Absolutely NEVER drain the hot tub. With questions or concerns about this, please contact cleaning company. This is a privately owned home; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
